Residents of RW 04 Semper Barat, Cilincing, North Jakarta are succeeded in alleviating malnutrition cases in their region by implementing Public Health Care Movement (Rakalisa) since 2016.

RW 04 Semper Barat Secretary, Jumadi explained, there are five programs in Rakalisa: mobile Posyandu (integrated health service), nutrition monitoring team (Jumanzi), community-based total sanitation (STBM), independent jumantik (mosquito larvae controller) in form of One Home One Jumantik and the Little Jumantik, and pregnant women supporters.

According to him, this positive result can be obtained because residents are willing to take care of each others, cooperate, and understand about the importance of health. Moreover it is also supported by 19 Jumanzi cadres who monitor and guide family members nutrition intake, mobile posyandu personnel who also monitor pregnant women's nutrition and children's development routinely.
Semper Barat Urban Village Head, Benhard Sihotang stated, other RW should learn from RW 04 residents who cooperate each other in alleviating malnutrition cases.
